Lime Microsystems to Demonstrate LimeNET CrowdCell, LimeSCAN, and More at MWC 2019
Lime Microsystems has confirmed a range of demonstrations to take place at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019, including the innovative LimeNET CrowdCell open-access small-cell network-in-a-box platform and the LimeNET Micro running a LimeSCAN spectrum utilisation and infrastructure performance monitoring tool.
Attendees to MWC 2019 will find Lime Microsystems in Hall 7 Stand 7J22, and also as part of the Telecom Infra Project in Hall 2.1 Stand 2.1B27Ex - though interested parties are requested to visit the Hall 7 stand first in order to be added to the guest list for Hall 2.1.
During the event Lime Microsystems will be demonstrating a range of its software defined radio (SDR) products: LimeNET CrowdCell configured for 4G eNodeB, a complete open-access small-cell network-in-a-box created as part of the Telecom Infra Project initiative as a means of extending coverage or capacity of existing cellular networks or to accelerate and cost-optimise new network infrastructure developments; LimeNET Access, which turns devices like the LimeNET CrowdCell into cloud servers for accessing and managing content anywhere without traditional cloud infrastructure; the LimeNET Network Extended Coverage (NEC) system; the LimeNET Frequency Hopping System (FHS); and the newly-announced LimeNET Micro app-enabled combined general purpose processing (GPP) and software defined networking (SDR) platform.
The Lime Microsystems stand will also host a demonstration of the LimeSCAN platform, an effort to crowdsource data on radio spectrum usage and performance using the low-cost LimeNET Micro platform as a host device.
