Furthermore, as creators of the groundbreaking field-programmable RF (FPRF) silicon technology which is at the heart of every LimeNET system — not to mention the open source LimeSDR platform and driver stack which builds on this — Lime are in an entirely unique position to provide a deep and broad level of support which no other vendor is able to match.

All LimeNET products are provided with expert technical support. This is typically either a basic support package, to get you up and running as quickly as possible, or enhanced support which provides additional assistance with system integration.

Warranties

All LimeNET systems are provided with a 1 year warranty as standard. Extended warranties can be arranged prior to or after purchasing and please contact us to discuss your requirements.
